Older Adults (50+)

Our Young at Heart activities aim to reduce social isolation, promote wellbeing, and create opportunities for friendship and fun. These activities provide a welcoming space where people can connect, stay active, share experiences, and enjoy engaging, affordable outings in a supportive community environment. The main contact for these activities is emma@cranhilldt.org.uk.
