About

Cranhill Development Trust is an integral part of its community, responding successfully to the complex needs of Cranhill since 2002. The Trust started with one member of staff and has grown to be a vibrant hub in Cranhill supporting around 3,000 people annually. A key to the success of the Trust has been its ability to adapt services and activities to meet the changing and diverse needs of people living there.

Over the past couple of days, our building has been targeted with graffiti. We want to remind people of something really important: Cranhill Development Trust exists for this community, and we are here to support everyone. When you graffiti our building, burn things in our community garden, damage our property or steal from the centre, you are not taking from some big, faceless organisation. You are taking from Cranhill. Every pound we have to spend cleaning up graffiti, replacing stolen items or repairing damage is money that cannot be spent on activities, services and support for local people. Youth Community Hub Please find attached details relating for the evening community Hubs based at Easterhouse and Springburn Campus. Adults Easterhouse Campus has access to the fitness suite with tailored fitness plans offered by sports instructors in a safe and supportive space on a Monday and Wednesday evening. This service is also available at Springburn Campus on a Tuesday and Thursday.
