Donations for Ukranian Refugees
CDT are collecting donations every Wednesday and Friday afternoon, for Ukrainian Refugees housed on a Cruise Ship in Glasgow. Last week AUGB Glasgow took donations collected in Cranhill to the Cruise Ship, allowing individuals and their families the opportunity to pick up items they need.
The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain [AUGB] Glasgow said, “On behalf of AUGB Glasgow, we would like to Thank you for all of your care, support and kindness that you have shown to the Ukrainian community. Your help and the help of the Cranhill community is truly appreciated! All of your wonderful donations, along with donations from the Rotary Club, were taken to the liner, and on Saturday people had the opportunity to pick out the items they needed.”
A massive thank you to everyone who has donated so far. If you would like to donate and are able to do so, please bring your donations to CDT on a Wednesday or Friday afternoon. Items particularly needed are socks, underwear, winter coats, nappies, baby wipes and toys.
