The objective of the Reception Volunteer role is to support our Administration staff with day to day tasks. By doing this you will be the first point of contact for our service users.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the front desk is tidy with current Trust, and related, information displayed clearly
- Answer telephone in a clear and polite manner and directing them to the appropriate staff member, taking any messages and passing on to the relevant person
- Know about trust activities and events. You will be required to inform members of the public about them
